By using any of my graphics & websets, you indicate that you
understand and accept my Terms of Use and agree to be
legally bound by them.

Terms of Use for EXCLUSIVE graphics are described on my Exclusive use page

Only the graphics specified as linkware may be downloaded, uploaded or stored on another server

The matching logo and the correct referring link must
be used on the same page that the graphics appear.

A text link is acceptable on the same page, but this link must
be visible and indicate that the graphics were created by me.

A link on your "Credit's Page" is not acceptable.

No altering, modifying, colorizing or re-sizing is allowed without my exclusive permission.

No part of any set may be broken up and combined with other sets.
Linkware sets may not be used on commercial sites.
You may not use my graphics as stationery in emails.
You may not use my graphics in tourney, league, ebay, myspace,
forum, bebo site's without my permission - NO exceptions.

My graphics are specifically not
to be used in any site promoting abuse (child or other), racism, hate, pornography type sites.

All images, graphics, templates and designs are to be uploaded to your own server.
Linking the graphics to my site is illegal and a federal offence.

These terms are not negotiable.
